NexSteppe Confirms Expansion From Brazil Across Latin America

Posted on December 9th in Press Releases

NexSteppe, a company dedicated to pioneering the next generation of sustainable feedstock solutions for biobased industries, announced today their business is expanding beyond its existing Brazil footprint into other counties in Latin America. With headquarters in the United States and offices in Brazil, China and the EU, the company will now expand the 20+ countries it already serves to include Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Commercial operations in these new countries are scheduled to begin in the first half of 2017. The company expects to leverage its experience and success in Brazilian markets, where it has operated since 2012, to develop and pursue new market growth. “We are particularly excited with the Argentinean market, because they have recently created new policies to support renewable energy and biofuels,” explained Ricardo Blandy, Vice President of Business Development in Latin America. “Preliminary conversations in Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay are also very promising, and NexSteppe sees great potential in this expansion.”

Since their founding in 2010, NexSteppe has established a strong track record meeting the needs of customers in the global biofuels, biopower, biogas and biobased products markets with product lines targeted to the needs of each of those industries. These products will serve as a great starting point to customize market offers focused on new potential customers across Latin America.
